Dana Loy founded Heritage Insurance & Investments with a simple mission: to serve others and make a positive impact in the lives of the people around him. What began at a card table helping clients navigate Medicare has grown into a trusted agency serving families throughout Southern Indiana.
Throughout his career, Dana has been known not only for helping clients understand their insurance options, but also for his commitment to giving back. Whether supporting local organizations, sponsoring community events, helping families in times of need, or mentoring new agents, he believes success is measured by the difference you make in the lives of others.

Libertie Villalpando serves as Agency Manager at Heritage Insurance & Investments, where she combines her passion for helping people with her expertise in insurance planning, operations, and client advocacy. As a licensed agent, she assists clients with Medicare, life insurance, and supplemental coverage while helping lead the agency's day-to-day operations.
Beyond serving clients, Libertie is passionate about advocating for seniors, insurance consumers, and the insurance professionals who help them navigate important healthcare decisions. She is actively involved in industry leadership and works to educate policymakers and community leaders on issues affecting Medicare beneficiaries and independent agents.

A proud Scottsburg native, Angela Darlage brings a familiar face and a deep-rooted connection to the community she serves. After a successful career as an insurance agent, Angela returned to Heritage with renewed purpose — bringing her experience, her relationships, and her genuine love for helping people back to the team.
Angela is a devoted mother to a daughter who keeps her busy on the sidelines of whatever sport is in season. That family-first perspective carries directly into how she works with clients — with warmth, care, and a real understanding of what matters most to the people in this community.
